Where is the house (filming location)?

Couldn't find anything about this in the filming locations part of IMDB.

I really enjoyed this film and would love to know where this house is.

Cohasset, Massachussets (where "The Witches of Eastwick" was also filmed), while the house belongs to the actor Robert Thorndike (who stars in the movie as the paralyzed girl's father)

Thanks Visioneer for that, I am four years too late checking this thread! Do you know which island the house is on? Can't find it in Google Maps, only a few islands but no house on them.
