Deleted Scene?

On the back of the VHS sleeve there's a picture of what looks like David Hasselhoff grabbing Linda Blair at the throat. I've seen and loved this little horror flick countless times and wouldn't know where to place it. Anyone got any ideas? Here's a link to the same picture.

I don´t recollect that scene either and i watched that movie a couple of thimes. Somehow it looks like it was shot in the bathroom set.

on my Roku it has a listing for a 96m and a 92m version.

FYI the hotel version is on the ShoutcastTV for free.
