Who played the witch?

The pregnant woman at the beginning who threw herself through the window was the actual witch. The woman in black was obviously the movie actress they mentioned who had bought the house and became possessed by the witch. And on that note, why would Linda Blair be talking with the woman in black's voice when she got possessed by the witch?
