Are we to assume that madmartigan and sorsha raise Elora together?

I always thought so. Cherlindria(?) in the prophecy mentioned that at Tir Asleen a "good King and queen will look after her." I figured since Sorsha was a princess and Tir Asleen was destroyed, that she and Madmartigan became the new rulers of it.

They seemed in love. Willow returns home and since no one else was shown or mentioned I believe they took her in.
