Judge Doom did...

If you look at the posters on the wall in R. K. Maroon's office, you will see one of them for a fictional cartoon entitled "Pistol Packin' Possum." This character is depicted not only with Doom's red eyes, but carrying the same pistol that Doom uses in the warehouse. You see every other cartoon for whom there is a poster at some point in Roger Rabbit, but Pistol Packin' Possum is nowhere to be found. I've always assumed he was a one-time popular character (hence, a poster on the wall of the studio head), but either became unpopular or fell from grace with the studio.
