The "bad guy" Weasels went to Heaven when they died? Really?I never understood that. Am I to assume that they immediately "accepted Jesus as their holy savior" in a deleted scene?

It's an old animation trope that seeing "heavenly" attributes implies the character died. Sure, they could've put devil horns on the Weasels, but the wings and harps make the point much more effectively.

s the other answers said, it's a cliche. But I have seen some toons go to hell afterward.

I swear Daffy was in red and had horns after he killed himself on stage, and the audience cheers. Someone says they want an encore, and Daffy replies he can only do it once.
