Underrated masterpiece

What are you talking about everybody loves this film. Critics saw it over and over when it came out, and it's very well remember and beloved. One of the ten greatest films in history? Objectively, my list of the top ten greatest films would not have Who Framed Roger Rabbit, but subjectively, it would have made my top twenty favorite films.

Indeed. I think the rating is quite suitable. It was sitting at 100% on Rotten Tomatoes (somewhat unusual) for a LONG time until one idiot gave it a bad review for some stupid incoherent reason.

I'd love to see it in the top 250, and feel it is more deserving than some of the films on it. But oh well. I love it, always have, always will, that's all that really matters.

It's one of my favorites :)

Underrated? 98% on RT... not bad at all!

It's a great film which is loved by most. No doubt it's in my top 30 films of all time.

I guess you could say it's score could be higher on here. A 7.7 is too low. This film should be in the top 250.

One of the worlds most famous film critics, Gene Siskel. Put Who Framed Roger Rabbit in his top 10 films of the 80's. Which is testament to this great film. Roger Ebert also loved it. Giving it 4 out of 4.

It truly is a fantastic film. What a great/brave move to put the British actor Bob Hoskins in the lead role. Brilliant performance. I can't imagine anyone else as Eddie Valiant.

This film gets plenty of -- well-deserved -- respect. While you won't see it in many critic's top ten list (and its rating is a bit low here), one cannot deny that it's a beloved film. That being said, I would definitely use the word "underrated" over "overrated" to describe Roger Rabbit.

Bob Hoskins deserved an Oscar over Dustin Hoffman. (I believe it was same year. 1988) It took a lot of talent.
