Where can I get the TV edit?

In the version I watched pretty much every death but the mirror one was censored by being off screen. I wanna watch that version. Any ideas where I can see it?

Are you talking about Ted Hockney's death (the blonde Australian guy)? It has always been off-screen - the scene is pretty much built so that you only get to see his headless corpse.
