ive finally found this film after like 21 years of looking...i saw it on USA in the early 90's sometime, and cant remember a thing that goes on..i remember an evil cat that climbs out of a normal cat and shreds people...thats about it...
on other searches for this film, i found a crappy ghost movie, called

...i've finaly found this ancient peice of trash, and i wish i could find it on video or crapline somewhere...

I just woke up this morning and I don't know why this movie came into my mind, I watched it only once looong ago on TV, but found it very easy writing on Google "cat monster boat movie money"
sharei seen it when i was like 7 and then i just saw it for sale for a dollar at a family video i had to get it on principle lol.
