Love this film !

I am female and straight and I adore this film, it's touching, poignant and funny.
The three lead actors are amazing as Arnold, Ed and Alan.
This film makes you laugh and cry but leaves you wanting to watch this film over and over again.
I couldn't stop crying when Alan was hit with the baseball bat. I adored Matthew Broderick before seeing this film, and now I can't get enough of him.
I would recommend this film to both male and female regardless of sexual orientation.
This film reminds us that love is definitely worth carrying a torch for.

I am female and gay and I also adore this movie.
But let me just say how much I love your post too : people like you give me hope for a future where one wouldn't care anymore about differences. Straights or gays, we share an essential common point : the miracle to love someone and to be loved.
Oh yes, you're so right : if there's something in this Earth that is definitly worth carrying a torch for, it's Love.
