DVD Release ?

The only DVD version I know of is available here: http://www.trash-online.com/main2.htm; click "Genres" and select CYBORGS & POST-APOCALYPTIC ACTION. (The quality of the transfer makes me think it's probably just a DVD recording of the VHS release, but then that's true of a lot of the movies available on that site.)
