The X guys?

What are Toshi , hide , Yoshiki , Taiji and Pata doing in this movie?

the film was filmed in 1988 so, at that time, X was in total growing up in japan. at that time, they were probably released vanishing vision soon, theirs first album. but, for the reason that they are in the movie, its probably what i said but, more exactly, it was the band of the moment. anyway, its very cool. the legendary band played in a movie!

oh the humanity!! I love X JAPAN!! *faints* I have no idea why they're in the movie...but it's enough to see it...(it's like impossible to find! Damn my fandom!! )
I think they were in it purely because they were just getting insanely popular. And why not be in a movie? ^^;

Luckily for me (a fellow X Japan fan), it was released on Laserdisc in the US, and I just bought it for a mere $4.

On a side note, I'm still pissed at Yoshiki. He was at Otakon this past July, and I wasn't able to get his autograph because he took so damn long!!!!

In case you do buy it, let me warn you right now, you'll only be getting about 3 seconds of X in total. The rest of it is focused on the the pasty girl with a truly monsterous haircut. I spent 8 bucks for those 3 seconds, so I should know.

I'm just glad Space channel plays the movie "Heavy Metal 2000" every 3 weeks or so, otherwise I might have bought it too because it features hide's song "Inside the Pervert Mound." Despite the presence of this song and the vocal talents of Michael Ironside this movie is apallingly terrible, even by my very low standards.

It was only $5, so even though I wasn't expecting to see them very much, I wasn't too disappointed after paying that price!
