Movie Clips Within the Movie

Does anyone know from what actual Soviet Era films the clips that are used here and there in 'Testimony' are? They are very effective.

The most memorable one is a scene with a movie Stalin in the falling snow, and Stalin in his study, while a brooding bit from DDS' Symphony #11 (I think) plays.
