Robert D. Stethem may of lived??

In spite of the prolonged torture of the Navy seabee,in his dreadful condition he may of lived only for who knows how long. The medical examiner in Germany testified in Hummadi's trial,Stethem could of lived more than 10 minutes after being shot in the head. Stethem was heard yelling "Oh My God!" after being shot that proves he wasn't killed instantly. If he fell out of the plane in a angle without dropping awkardly,he still could of lived. That also depends to if the plane hadn't been ordered to park on the tarmac,only allowing a serice crew to pick up the body soon enough.
The only major problem is that Stethem had massive injuries,numerous broken bones from the beatings inflicted on him,then the bullet wound in his head,so it's not a scientific fact by a doctors examination with his knowledge that such a grave condition of Stethem speaks for a "possibility".
