HELP WITH MOVIE

I seen this movie I think back in the 80's or early 90's on vhs. The last scene of the movie has a cop taking a girl from the cave she was hiding in from a slasher, of course they were college kids. Another scene the kids were in a bar where they got into a fight with the locals. This movie may or may not be well known I've only ever seen it once about 25yrs give or take, from a long time horror fan any help would be great. thank you.

What you are looking for is Sorority Girls and the Creature from Hell (1990). I used to see that on late night TV all the time when I was young!
