Uncut version?

The new Bluray/DVD release from Shout Factory looks awesome but it says that it is rated R. I read that the uncut version was released by Anchor Bay, which also lists it as rated R. Are any of these the uncut version? And if not, where can I see it?

I have the same questions for part 3 as well if anyone can help. I just hate getting a cut version of a film, especially a horror film.

Where did you get the one you have?I the box set years ago on amazon.I wish i could have got the one with the unfinished one.
