Outhouse drowning- Sleepaway Camp 2
Flagpole- Sleepaway Camp 3 Uncut
Bees- Sleepaway Camp
Ax decapitation- Sleepaway Camp 3 Uncut

There are several others but these are the ones that come to mind.
