According to my research on google it's not the same gorge. First Blood was filmed in the town of Hope, British Columbia, Canada & Golden Ears Provincial Park, British Columbia, Canada. And the gorge in Shoot To Kill was in Coquihalla Canyon Provincial Park, British Columbia, Canada.
