Pleease help identify the song/movie in Salaam Bombay..

Can anyone please help me identify the film and especially the song that was shown in salaam bombay in the scene when the children went to the cinema to watch a movie? when one of the patrons smacked one of the kids about the head for making too much noise?

If I remember right, the children sang that song later in the movie, and I just cannot place it..
