I just saw this last night on TV One and if Kunta ever opened the present the little girl gave to Fiddler to give him I missed it or it was cut out. Did he open it and if so what was in it?

I just watched it on my DVR, recorded from BET, and there was no scene that revealed little Arabella's gift to Kunta. I too wonder if it was cut for time.
