I have only been watching this 5 mins and already I have seen:

Kate Mulgrew: Kathryn Janeway - Voyager
Avery Brooks: Ben Sisko - DS9
Tim Russ: Tuvok - Voyager

and of course

Levar Burton - Geordi LaForge - TNG

Wonder if there is some cosmic explaination for this... :)

I'm watching it and I noticed it too! Four lead Star Trek characters came out of this one!

...Iwwas going to let it slide when I saw the first three but when I saw Tim Russ and figured out I remembered him from Star Trek I had to mention it too

The guy who played Master Reynolds played parts in TNG and Voyager but wasn't a regular cast member.

The list gets longer when you include:

Madge Sinclair and Ben Vereen, played Geordies parents in TNG
Paul Winfield, who played Capt terrell and an alien in TNG
Brock Peters, who played Siskos father and ADM Cartwright.
