Okay I know I'm out on a limb here, but I know that Filipino actor also appeared near the beginning of THE SIEGE OF FIREBASE GLORIA as the first V.C. that Wings Hauser shoots. Does anyone have any idea what the actor's name is?

IMDb does say, and the actor's name is Max Laurel: http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0491045/. However, he's not listed in the credits for The Siege of Firebase Gloria.

No, Max Laurel plays Quang, the member of the team who dies off camera.

I'm talking about the BAD GUY who takes Catherine Hickland hostage, but Reb shoots him with a pistol.
