Hi,

Has the lawsuit regarding Return from the River Kwai been resolved finally and is the movie about to be released either in theaters or DVD in the U.S.? I ask because they plan to release the soundtrack and January 13 and they usually release the soundtrack at the same time as the movie itself. If anyone can answer this, I'd appreciate it as I've alwaysd wanted to see this movie.

how come this wasnt released domestically in the US?
