How to get it on DVD

I found out who the distributor was by doing interent search and found out that it was released through Touchstone, a sub-company of Beuna (sic) Vista and went to the website for Touchstone. I searched for it in their list of movies and found it in the "R"'s section. I clicked on the movie and it asked me if I would like this movie on DVD I clicked yes and it sent them an email requesting that it be re-released onto DVD.
