Inside "Terminator" joke?

Anyone pick up on what might have been an inside joke after Arnold commandeers the bus?
Just as Jim Belushi hops into the bus, Arnold says, "Get in." In "The Terminator", when he commandeers the tanker truck, he says to the passenger, "Get out." :-)
