pulled the ring of the big guy then won the battle ?

In one scene , Rambe was the underdog during a 1to 1 fight with a big guy.

He was lifted up by a big guy, but then Rambe pulled the ring which was attached to the coat of the guy, then the big guy coat was open, then the big guy lost the advantage, can someone explained what the ring was>?

So, the guy has you in an unbreakable bear hug. What do you do? Yes, great idea, pull the pin of a grenade attached to a guy who's attached to you!

It worked. The guy immediately let go of Rambo and turned his attention to the grenade, giving Rambo a chance to kick him down a hole.

Very similar to a scene in Raising Arizona where Nicolas Cage does the same thing to the bounty hunter.

The grenades Rambo used in the fortress exploded on impact, though! You can clearly see how he throws them and they explode in like 1 second :)
