What is Luck?

One thing I have always wondered about this film is when the young kid comes over and asks what is luck.

And Rambos guide says in their own native language what luck is.

And then the young kid goes. Can I have it, I need luck.

I am always curious how that guide defined luck to the kid.

Does anyone who speaks whatever language is in the film (Arabic?) able to translate it and post it here what is said in the movie.
