The Afghan kid

Would've gone on killing loads of americans, wearing Co Bao's(?)/Rambo's lucky charm doing so...

...if this was real

The Afghan kid, whose name in the movie was Hamid, wasn't against the Americans. He was against the Russians, who killed his family. If he was against Americans, he wouldn't have wanted anything to do with John Rambo.

Well at that time he was ok with americans. If a plot idea for Rambo IV had come to be we would have seen that kid as a terrorist. I forget the name of the script.. but it was set in DC. Sounded more like a Die Hard film though and not Rambo.. but it did in fact almost happen.

Yup, and then inspired by the buddist lucky charm he blowed up the Giant Buddahs of Bamyan...

A Rambo 4 treatment by Sly subtitled Holy War had a plot like that.

That kid was annoyingly good looking.
