My after thoughts

The movie was funny. My dad and i were cracking up laughing. The only thing about the movie that got me was why Stevin couldn't have been a doctor? I remember when he was taking the housewife chick to the hosptial he stopped to talk to a boy and say a few words, then at the end he kinda helped that old guy who seemed sick.

Oh yeah and who thinks she should have taken the dang contest winning? I mean her husband wrote " you won" blah blah blah on the napkin. Which probally influenced her choice. But this was part of her dream! , yea she said she had plenty of time but sugar-honey-ice-tea.

She just wants to make people laugh, but it was all Steven had.

Going on Carson and having a big career was not Lilah's dream. She wanted to do comedy, but she also wanted to be a wife and mother. A big time career would have spoiled that. That is part of why she didn't stay. Also, she thought Steven was better.

To me, the biggest 'WTF?' moment was when Tom Hanks got his big chance - auditioning for big-time talent scouts, and then bombed. It's like he suddenly had no desire at all to be funny - or even try.
