I just saw this for the first time tonight.
This movie seems to have a pretty big following. The fans that like it seem pretty passionate about how good it is.
I'm just wondering if there are any NEWER fans that feel that strongly about it? I'm trying to assertion if the love for Pumpkins is due to nostalgia, or the movie being That Good.
I'm a 35yr old man, I love the classic horror movie series' like Elm St, Friday The 13th, Halloween,Hellraiser, Child's Play.
For me, Pumpkinhead is OK. I think it has an interesting concept, a great monster, but it's nothing special for me.
I think remaking it is a good move, as it could definitely be improved upon.
Saw it for the first time three or four years ago. Quite enjoyed it. The sequels were pretty awful.
shareI just watched it for the first time. I'm turning 35 in two weeks (hopefully). This movie is terrible. So much wrong with it. People like it for nostalgia and that's it.
