Electronics start killing people and in one scene they are testing airbags or something, i cannot remember properly but theres something to do with airbags.

There was a scene in the movie Ghost in the Machine where air bags were being tested and the manager is nearly killed when the brakes fail on one of the test cars, I think he was leaning into it and the GITM made the crash test start while he was still in the car, he ended up going into the wall with the test dummies, but he didn't get hurt. He died a few minutes later when he went to the bathroom and the GITM somehow ignited the hot air from the hand dryer (?!) and it shot off a huge jet of flame and burned the guy to crisp. That could very well be the movie you're thinking of.
