...someone or something using electricity to control and torment us? Something supernatural, right?
It'd have to be really, as the repairman said that the level of electricity sent to the house would fry all the circuits..yet it didn't.

While a *revealing* of who or what was doing it would have been good, it was almost scarier without it!

Something like that, the old man said its a signal, im guessing something is sending a signal and controlling the appliances. Yeah, what you said.

Honestly, I believe it was either control or just plain...evil! It seemed to merely want to torment humans.

I found an old description of this film, from the 1980s.

The gist of the film description was:
Aliens send evil messages via electrical impulses.

Hmmm. The film does seem to hint it comes from outer space, but no such definite answer is ever given!
