This movie was cheap garbage I see why it has less than 1,000 votes. It's definately 1 and nowhere near Maniac Cop. Some of the worst acting ever and the cop was ok but his one liners were mostly lame and sometimes made no sense other than just saying different things a cop says not very clever.
