So, they bad-guys manage to escape with Lazard into the elevator. Every cop in the room gets angry and smacks their fist together... But, not Proctor... He throws a out-cold Harris as hard as he possible can into the ground.

My fave scene with proctor is when he gets off the jet ski and the ass is out of his wet suit! He had such a hot ass! was so hot to see it jiggle as he walked away! He's pretty hot as well.
