Need help identifying rock song used in this movie.

It's been a long time since I've seen this movie. The movie was just ok and most of the music was pretty annoying. Still, there was a brief clip played during the movie of a song that might be pretty good. The soundtrack only seems to have the annoying music.

They're sitting in a bunker and there's a rock song playing with lyrics that go something like "I'm out on the fence line, the driving wind in my face. Something something something, can't you hear me calling? ohhh I'm out on the fence line."

Anyone know this song? I've tried googling the lyrics and no results :(
