Leon snaps and the Pin personality overwhelms Leon and becomes dominant.

The 'dummy' in the window that scares the kid is Leon as Pin 'cause he's crazy.

Real = Exists.

Pin does exist, therefore he is real. I think what you mean to say is that Pin is not alive ;)
