The quality of film from 1987 to 1997
If you carefully watch color movies. Since the days when color was first invented to about 2000 movies always changed in terms of either the cameras or film stock.
The worse quality ever in terms of film quality history was between 1987 to about 1997 before digital improved on the quality in the most radical way ever.
But like this film and if you watch a lot of films from this period they look like they were shot on smeary Fuji rather than the rich beautiful grainy texture of Kodak. They all look like this the music didn't help either of this era. Look at the film of the early 80's they looked liked the 1970's and then this era the film has a washed out horrible look to it. That made a lot of these films of this era dated because of this type of film stock they used. It's looks smeary glossy bright or dull like.
The original TV movie on Patty Hearst made in the 70's was probably not as good as this film but looked better.
Oh being poor I'm also against the filthy rich. But I wouldn't do it this way. But I wouldn't win either. There's no winning against the rich they got the power the weapons the technology the army the money everything elite. We been squashed like grapes. And even in 2015 no one in America is even trying. The working class have been dumb down and brainwashed so severely it's over. The poor will just be faceless lonely and die like they never lived. Everyday is the same. Sad sad sad.
