the painting: Help?

Heya, i've been intrigued by the painting of the lights in the sky for a while.
I tracked down the artist: Bob Lee Hickson and even his website.. i sent him an email but no reply. Does anyone have info on this painting, where it is, etc? I wanted to know If there where prints of it but as I look further it appears I am the only person so interested in it. Help?
