(spoiler) How did Rogers die?
He was alive in the sapper attack aftermath on his apartment but at the airbase hospital he was dead. Very sad scene.
Was it Dix who killed him?

In the scene where Rogers is hospitalized, the doctor said he had internal bleeding. So he finally died.
