Not sure why you think they would ever make a Blue ray version of this film, Its average at best and the reviews and lack of popularity show this.
You also mention its one of the few great Vietnam films, I find this very funny considering we have Vietnam films like....

Full Metal Jacket,
The Deer Hunter,
We Were Soldiers,
Hamburger Hill,
Casualties of War,
The Killing Fields.
I could go on.
Clearly you are not a Vietnam film fan to think there is only a few good ones and Saigon is one of the best ROFL.
I suggest watching a few of the REAL, great Vietnam films to gain perspective.
What would you know about Vietnam? I mean really. You sit on your computer making fun of everyone else all day long when you post clueless drivel such as this. There are thousands of crappy movies on Blu-ray. This is one of the few movies that shows a different side of the Vietnam story, of military police criminal investigations, which NONE of the movies you cited show. You also didn't list Hamburger Hill, better than most of the movies you listed. Your listing of Apocalypse Now at the top shows you truly know nothing about Vietnam. Go and find a Vietnam vet and ask what they thought of that movie. A Special Forces Colonel going rogue? Right. Stop posting on IMDB. No one cares about your opinion and inflated sense of self worth.
Considering you have had 15 posts removed for trolling and flaming this week, I'm surprised you are still doing it.
Also nowhere does it state the films I listed are in any particular order. Also Apocalypse Now has a score of 8.6 on this site, made a huge profit and became a instant classic, what did this film achieve :)

It's available on Bluray in Sweden but with a piss-poor transfer.
