Dance song NOT written by Andrea or Ennio Morricone

Can someone tell me the name of the dance music playing at a club in the film? I remember it being sung by someone on an album my parents had. The lyrics I recall were about men's infatuation with a woman named Ann/Anne, and lyrics including something like "whenever Ann is around, you'll hear a sorrowful sound, the sound that hearts start making when they break in two. The fellas look and they (call?), but she can't help it at all, it's just as natural as the sky is when it's blue." And "Ann has got that certain something that tops the list, the kind of lips you'll never resist, they've gotta be kissed, she's gotta be kissed, right away!" I've tried search engine with these lyrics and gotten bupkus + zilch = nothing. If you can help, it'll let me sleep better at night, instead of trying to remember who the (BLEEP) sang the song on my father's vinyl. Thanks! 😃
