Clay man at the end?
Did I miss something? Was that relevant to the story at all or was that just random?

But there has been a copy on You Tube that adds Svankmajer's short Darkness/Light/Darkness after the credits. No relation at all, it's a piece of work in its own right. Watch it again without the Alice's concept.
