Jeremy Iron's Favourite Movie

Fairly certain that I caught him saying this on a little in-between-the-news item very early one morning on BBC News (considering watching at the time in NZ - was very early indeed). Was pleasantly surprised to hear him name a NZ film as his fave.
Can anyone confirm this tho?

He was probably referring to a different movie. He did a movie called the Navigator about an 18th century clock maker designing a clock for sailing ships. There are like a dozen movies with the same name.

I found a film he did called Longitude which fits that description, but I didn't see The Navigator in Iron's IMDb filmography...maybe it had that alternate title or I just missed it.

He could also be referring to Buster Keaton's The Navigator...

The original poster is saying it's "his fave". Which I take to mean out of all movies, not just the ones he worked on.

I can confirm that Jeremy Irons does rate this film as one of his favourites as he outlines the plot in the interview.
