Filming Locations and other info....

Milton High School actually is Charles H. Milby High School located at 1601 Broadway Dr in Houston TX. I went to that school the year this movie was filmed. Filming there had just wrapped when I enrolled in late September of '87. The sign over the door of the school had been altered to read Milton High School. For the longest time some of the adhesive that was used to mount the lettering remained. It was recently removed.

In the Milby HS 1987 yearbook it was noted that the movie was filming under the title "Bad Blood".

The store Darla worked at is a Sellers Brothers located right across the street from the school.

The area Jeremy lives in is the upscale River Oaks area (same neighborhood Terms of Endearment was filmed). Funny thing about that is in reality the school is located in a lower working class area on the opposite side of town. Why would a rich kid be attending this school? Not only that but he's not even zoned to this school.
