Georgia is a pretty messed up state. After I visited a school I got into my senior year, I really wished that the state for Georgia could be either annex from the union or blown up in a million pieces.

"And then I was being chased my an improperly filled in bubble screaming 'None of the above!' ".

One of the biggest motivating factors was that the prosecutor Hugh Dorsey needed to secure a conviction in order to fulfill future aspirations. He eventually became governor of Georgia because of it. Had he lost the case, all future plans would have gone out the window.
