Comedy for the record
I guess this movie is one of the best comedys ever filmed. Don't you agree?

shareIt is a great comedy. It doesn't matter how many times I watch it, I always laugh. Perfect.
shareBTW. I just saw Carlos Saura's "TAXI", and one of the main characters (Velazco) is the same actor that plays Police #1 in this comedy, guess his name is Angel de Andres. Just a tip for the record...
shareSurely this thread is a joke. Right? For those who haven't seen this?
I expected to at least chuckle. I did not. In fact, I wasn't even mildly amused nor the least entertained while watching this. This is the worst "comedy" I've ever seen. There were no funny lines, no funny situations, nothing. As for the drama... BORING. It appears nothing interesting happens in this movie during the first 24 minutes. "Women on the Verge" is just one step above total trash.
But to be fair, perhaps I just don't "get it" because I'm an American.

I'll have you know that I am American, and found this to be an excellent, very fun movie
Who cares about stairs? The main thing is ice cream.
I'd love to know what movies exemplify your notion of funny. Seriously.
shareI agree completely. Never tire of seeing it.
shareIt indeed is a very good film – an entertaining mix of the comic and the bizarre – but I can't say it's one of my favorite comedies or Almodóvar films. 7/10 stars from me.
shareThis film was a lot of fun. 8/10
sharei laughed a couple of times, wouldn't put it among my favorite comedies
so many movies, so little time
