What did the black people burn in response to the cow-killing verdict?

Sorry to say cow-killing, but it's the only way I can think of to clarify which burning act of violence I'm referencing. We see the judge blame the defendants' behavior on provocation by the FBI. He suspends their five-year sentences. The next thing you know, the black citizens are rioting, burning down a building that seems much bigger and finer than any they've been shown inhabiting. And the local law enforcement representatives act like it's not a problem because the blacks are burning something of their own. What building were they burning?

It seems to be vacant property on the "colored" side of town-thats why the sheriff does nothing about it.
