Jimmy the gangster attempts to trade the Duke for "incriminating disks." FBI catches Jimmy, allows Jack to take the Duke back to LA, and he makes it back in time to turn the Duke in. Jack lets him go then Duke gives him a strap of money he's been carrying the whole time. Enough to pay for the restaurant that Jack wants to open.
