I've been in love with diners ever since seeing that scene back in "88.

I also like that scene. Just watched the movie again, Grodin was great, the way he looked DeNiro's character and his ex-wife back and forth, saw the same look of his in the movie Dave.

That's an interesting point and it never occurred to me before how like the Duke Grodin's character in Dave is.
