Closing music theme

I really love the theme played over the closing credits. Does anyone know if it is available on the Internet or anywhere else?

The music was composed by Georges Delerue and is available on the CD "Georges Delerue - Great Composers". I purchased it on Amazon.com, because I heard one of the pieces on Sirus via DirecTV. I heartily recommend the CD. I covers a lifetime of compositions by one of the 20th Centuries greatest media composers.
